Therapy That Makes Space for You

You spend so much time showing up for everyone else. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all together.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, working through past experiences, or simply realizing that the way you’ve been getting through life isn’t working anymore, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and help you reconnect with yourself.

Individual Therapy for Adults

$170 per 50-minute session

Therapy with me isn’t about telling you what to do or asking you to simply “think more positively.” It’s about creating a space where you can show up honestly—even when you’re not quite sure what you’re feeling yet.

Our work may include understanding patterns, processing difficult experiences, learning to listen to your emotions and body, setting boundaries, building self-compassion, and figuring out what you actually need.

I especially enjoy supporting women who are used to being the strong one, taking care of everyone else, or pushing through even when they’re running on empty.

Areas we may work on include:

  • Anxiety and overwhelm

  • Burnout and chronic stress

  • Trauma and difficult past experiences

  • People-pleasing and boundaries

  • Perfectionism and self-criticism

  • Motherhood and postpartum transitions

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship concerns

  • Major life transitions

  • Identity and reconnecting with yourself

My Approach

What Therapy With Me Looks Like
My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, emotionally focused, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

That means we won’t only focus on reducing symptoms. We’ll also get curious about what’s underneath them—the emotions, experiences, expectations, relationships, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

You can expect therapy to include compassion, honesty, reflection, practical tools, and sometimes humor. I’ll meet you where you are while also gently challenging you when it may help you grow.
